Individual support consultant : excellent knowledge of the employment market in France; assists the spouses of foreign employees or those returning from an expatriate assignment in their personal, professional and training projects.
Coach : has managed a communication company and worked in multicultural contexts, trained at HEC to become a coach; she offers a Welcome day, a day of cross-cultural coaching which enables the employee and his/her spouse to be aware of their values and to gain a better insight into their new environment.
This coaching can be extended to cover the whole of the integration.
Period within the company and it also serves to train employees who have to work in multicultural teams.
