Our dedicated consultants act as project managers, take care of finding accommodation, schools, moving in and following up employees and coordinate the input from specialists in their respective areas.

Taxation: our specialist trains the Human Resources teams, informs employees about their tax obligations, helps them make their declaration and ensures tax optimisation, acts as a corporate consultant.

Education/schooling : our consultant boasts twin skills, that of being ex-principal of a bilingual school in Paris, and that of having been responsible for the schooling of hundreds of expatriate children for a CAC 40 company; she has opened numerous schools and classes around the world and plays an educational engineering role (setting up schools, recruiting teachers); unique international schools network. Monitoring of children’s schooling and coordination of specialist input from vocational guidance advisors, psychologists, school coaches.

Social Security: : knowledge of the European and international directives in force, training for International Mobility departments, consultancy at Executive level. Training sessions for employees and their spouses on their social welfare scheme.


Employment contracts : lawyer specialised in labour law.

Immigration : 15 years’ experience in consultancy and the management of impatriates of large companies and SMEs. Training provided for HR teams. Advises on the best procedure, compiles and submits dossiers to obtain work permits, ensures follow-up and handles renewals.

Individual support consultant : excellent knowledge of the employment market in France; assists the spouses of foreign employees or those returning from an expatriate assignment in their personal, professional and training projects.

Coach : has managed a communication company and worked in multicultural contexts, trained at HEC to become a coach; she offers a Welcome day, a day of cross-cultural coaching which enables the employee and his/her spouse to be aware of their values and to gain a better insight into their new environment. This coaching can be extended to cover the whole of the integration. Period within the company and it also serves to train employees who have to work in multicultural teams.
